Challenge
Whangarei District Council (WDC) reached out to us with their new website build. The team at WDC wanted to use a ready-made CMS platform, Open Cities. They also wanted to have a tourism component built into their new website, however, their CMS platform didn't have the capacity for custom development.
Solution
Konduit designed and developed a widget module that can reside as a third-party app embedded on their website. The result is a highly customisable modern widget, which can seamlessly display tourism listings, events, and hospitality establishments within the region.
